Rafael Morales – Founder’s Bio

Hi, I am Rafael Morales and I am your CPA!

Working to pursue my passion for numbers, I started as a banker in 2007 and soon turned to accountancy. Learning and serving at many levels, I have always coordinated excellently with my team, and adapted to the requirements of my employers. Climbing up the career ladder, I have the experience of serving as a Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant and then as a CFO for an organization, when I finally decided to found an entity where I may build a team of like minded people and initiate a service that many businesses could get benefit from. 

 

As a certified CPA from the California Board of Accountancy, when I decided to start this firm, I aimed to manage the financial aspects of the businesses without making it much of a burden for them. I wanted to offer a set of financial services that are affordable, flexible, and all-inclusive to businesses that are struggling to make it through their growth cycle and need an expert hand to govern their financial department.

And here I am today, with a small team of experts making my dream come true.
